Cancellation Policy – Nava Look

1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
3. If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
6. Nava Look reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
