Har order ek promise hai. Agar cheez sahi nahi lagi, hum isko sahi karenge — no drama, no runaround.
You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. All orders are shipped within India only.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Unboxing video is mandatory
Every return, replacement, or damage claim must be backed by a single, uncut unboxing video — starting from the sealed package to the item being taken out. Edited or cut videos will not be accepted as proof.
Start your return
Email us at thenavalook@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and your unboxing video. Once approved, we'll share the return shipping label and pickup instructions.
What can't be returned
Custom or personalized orders (your own design, custom photo prints, couple-tee orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. No update after 15 business days since approval? Email us and we'll chase it down.
