Thank you for shopping at Navalook. We ship across India only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges Free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to track your package in real time.

Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make up to 2 more attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
